RETURN POLICY
The buyer can return the products purchased from our online store www.enduroexpert.com within 14 calendar days of their purchase.
Not accepted for return:
- products on which unauthorized interventions have been carried out, those that show signs of wear, scratches, chips, bumps, mechanical / electrical shocks, products that lack accessories or products without warranty certificates.
- products whose identification labels are damaged or missing.
- the product packaging is damaged or missing.
- products without original accessories and components.
- we reserve the right to accept the return of parts in one of the situations listed above, by charging a return/penalty fee, the amount of which will be communicated after the assessment of the damages caused. We also reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in the event of proven abuses according to GEO 34/2014 Art 14 (3).
The return costs will be fully borne by the buyer, and the reimbursement of the value of the product accepted for return will be made within 14 days at most from the receipt of the return at our headquarters, by bank transfer.
Deterioration of the products during transport as a result of improper packaging, leads to the refusal of receipt of the package and implicitly the refusal of the return.
If several products of the same kind have been purchased, only one unsealed product can be returned, the rest of the quantity is accepted only if the products are sealed.
How do you return sold products?
Canceling the purchase will involve returning the product within the specified period, with all accessories and together with the undamaged packaging.
- Step 1: Contact the sales department at one of the phone numbers: +40771489872/+40771235937 and announce your intention to return one or more products or by email at contact@enduroexpert.com.
- Step 2: Send the product to the address SC 2 Wheels Kustom Shop SRL, Str. Principala, No. 260, 517661, Capalna, Jud. ALBA, ROMANIA. The products will only be returned by fast courier services that deliver to the address, without opting for the refund service. The money will be returned after inspecting the products and accepting them for return, to a bank account provided by the customer. To make the bank transfer, the IBAN account number and the name of the holder must be specified.
Refund of money
After the products have been accepted for return, the refund will be made to a bank account specified by the customer, in no more than 14 calendar days from the receipt of the return at our headquarters.
Replacement or refund
Depending on the buyer's option, the money from the cancellation of the returned products can be used for the purchase of another product or can be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the product, by Enduro Expert, to the account indicated by the customer.
