The buyer has the right to return the purchased products within 14 working days after receiving.
How can I return the products?
Returning process must be done within specified term of 14 working days after receiving the product with an undamaged packaging and lables, and with no missing parts or accessories from the package.
Step 1: Please contact us by phone +40742418097 / +40770668405 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know about your intention of returning a product.
Step 2: After receiving the return confirmation, please sent the product to our warehouse address: SC 2 Wheels Kustom Shop SRL, Str. Vasile Alecsandri Nr.5, 430301, Baia Mare, ROMANIA, with the shipping cost on you.
NOTE: If the product is a warranty claim and has been proved to be, the shipping costs will be refund to you.
Refound of the returning products will be made by bank transfer into customer account after receiving and inspection of the products to our warehouse, within 14 working days.
Not accepted for return
- damaged products or with installed marks.
- products with missing parts or accessories.
- installed products, if this is not a warranty claim.
- products uninstalled on a bike, but has a damaged packaging or lables, can be return with a repackaging fee of 10% of the product value.
